(4x4) 5th at state~ split(51.4)

(800) 1:57 I state qualified but didn't end up running

(1600) 4:16.24 at state, got boxed in by freakin Davis :(  But I achieved Conner Mantz status

(3200) 9:18 at state 3rd place, beat freakin Davis :)

XC: 14th at state

(3 mile) 15:17 got a school record for the region course and 2nd over all to Stockton Smith, I have to congradulate Caden Winter for running a great race and getting 3rd, way to beat Davis!!!

Footlocker: 16th at west regionals, 2nd fastest sophomore by 0.2 seconds

JUNIOR XC SEASON

Region 1 Champion and Weber took first overall. 15:19 for my 5K

Put a lot of work in over the summer and hopped into racing feeling really strong!

Today I went on a 6.4 mile trail run in the valley with the team, I averaged 5:30 pace. I headed off to Oregon where I stayed the night in Baker City. I ran a little more than 3.5 miles to finish off my mileage for the day. It feels great to run at sea level !

I ran up to multnomah falls for 6 miles, it was very steep so I ran about 8:30 pace. When I got to my dad's house in washington around 9 O'clock I ran a little more than 3 miles at a 5:06 pace, equaling my PR for 3 miles at 15:17. I texted my friend Jacob Lee and he said I am an animal but running at sea level is easy.

Long run today!!! In Washington it is way too humid and hot to run in the day, so I do most of my mileage lurking in the dark. I started my run at 8:30 just as the sun was going down. I got back exactly 53 minutes 59.9 seconds later at exactly 10 miles, that is averaging a 5:25 pace. I just rounded up to 54 minutes. CHILI would be very proud :)

8 mile trail run, it hurt!!!

9 mile trail run today. I ran up to the Bridal Veil Falls and Lake Serene in northern Washington. Some trails are not intended to be run up, 5.5 miles up hill to get to the lake; I took a shorter way back down (3.5 miles) On the last mile and a half I tripped over a rock, fell and landed on my side; I was on the ground for about two minutes before I could get on my feet. I ran back to the parking lot and sat in the car and stretched, my knee is bothering me but I will be fine.

I went on a 4 mile run earlier in the day then went swimming. At the beach I saw a group of old people smokin weed on the beach. Later 3 body builders showed up, these guys were huge, I was wondering if we could have a flexing contest but I decided against it cuz I would just embaress them. I ran 5.5 miles later at around 9 O'clock. My knee is feeling a little better :)

Yep, 15 miles. I had to make it up for not running at all yesterday. I went on a 8.5 mile run this morning at about 5:45 pace, it would have been faster but I got lost and had to ask for directions a couple of times. I went on a 6.5 mile run tonight at about a 5:45 pace again, but I was pretty sore from this morning. Good Day!!!

6 miles fast at about 5:20 pace, my last mile was under 5 minutes(4:50). After that I went 3 miles easy. I am kind of exhausted from yesterday but I am getting back into the flow of things. I have also been going on 5 mile bike rides in my attempt to cross-train.

Today I just ran to run, it was a recovery day. I just went on a 6 mile run around 3pm. My pace was probably about a 6:10 pace, it was pretty slow but my previous few days have been strenuous.

Today I went to the gym. First I played racquet ball with my dad and my little brother for about 30 minutes. Then I went over to the treadmill and ran 3 miles in 14:52, I started out at a 5:15 pace then increased the speed by .1 every tenth of a mile. Then I went two miles on the elliptical. Later that night I ran 5 more miles easy at a 5:50 pace, I was pretty sore from the gym.

Today I ran 4 miles at the gym. I started out on the elliptical because my hips were hurting and I just wanted to get loose. I did 2 miles on the elliptical then did 2 miles on the treadmill. My first mile was about a 5:10 and my second mile was a 4:40. After I went into the pool and did some stretching, I also went off the diving boards and some pretty cool dives. After I went into the sauna because I was still sore and did some stretching. Later I went on a 6 mile run just under 5:20 pace. I also did some core and calf raises, McKenna would be proud :)

I ran 10.5 miles today as you can clearly see if you just shift your eyes up the screen. It won't let me take the text off italicized, sorry about that. I did a 1/2 mile warm up with some dynamics then went and ran 10 miles in 56 minutes at a 5:35 pace. After I did some leg strength exercises and abs. I also talked to my friend jake today, his laziness motivated me to train even harder to make up for him.

Today was an easy day. I sat around on my couch all day until about 4pm then I ran a fast 3 miles, I don't remember my pace. I started out my first mile up hill for .75 miles in about 3:30 and my legs were just dead the rest of the run. Later around 9pm I ran 5 more miles at a 5:30 pace, I am glad I took it easy today, my last 3 days have been 10 milers and I am just exhausted. Plus I have to rest up for the race tomorrow. Oh, i'm not running I am going to watch the fastest boys and girls in the country compete. To Brooks PR!!!

I ran 12 miles today to make up for my laziness yesterday, and get my 60 miles in for the week. I ran 3 miles along side the beach by Point Defience Park, because we were having a barbeque over there for fathers day. Around 9pm I was planning to run 8 miles, but I ended up running 8.73 miles instead at a 5:25 pace. I just finished off 9 miles with a cool down.

I ran with the Lakes xc team today at 9:30, I immediately took off and lost the group, I ended up running 6 miles, I don't remember my pace. After we did some strides, stretching, and core. Then I ran home which was 2.3 miles

I surprise my self every day. I went on a five mile run around three O'clock. The weather was perfect all day, it was cloudy all morning then around noon it rained and the rest of the day was overcast; I dont think it ever got over 70 today. Then I went on my night run around nine; I ran 6 miles averaging a 5:07 pace. My mile splits were 5:33 5:15 5:10 5:13 4:53 and 4:39. I did stop once at 3.12 miles about half way because really had to poop and there just happened to be a porta potty. It took about 3-4 minutes; I sure hope that few people read this. My finishing time was 30:46.

I ran 6 miles in the morning, probably around 5:30 pace. I don't remember, Alex stayed with me for a couple miles then we split off. These "Team" practices can get pretty lonely. Apparently I did a hard workout the day before because I was pooped, or that is what my mileage chart says.

I actually remember today! I just went 9 miles at a 5:22 pace. When I got home I took off my shoes and jogged around the streets of steilacoom barefoot for a mile and a half. I also did ten 60 meter strides and abs.

Today I ran 8 miles. I ran 6 miles around 4pm because it was overcast all day and it wasn't too hot. I didn't run it very fast because I am still sore from yesterday. After I went on a fast 4 mile bike ride, most of it was uphill, it hurt pretty bad. After I went on a quick 2 mile run just to get some miles in.

I went up to Mt. Rainier today. I ran 5.5 miles on a very difficult trail. The first 3 miles were just uphill, the peak of my run was 7,000 feet in elevation. The last 2.5 miles were a gradual down hill with rolling hills. The uphill killed my quads and my calves and the downhill was hard on my knees and shins. I was just sore all around. We headed a little farther into the park and I went on short 1.5 mile trail run before we had to leave. Later we went back home, but first we stopped at Walmart and Zoey(our dog) snuck out of the car while we were loading groceries. We were about 2 miles down the road before we noticed she was gone, she's a very quiet dog. Luckily a lady called us and returned her to us. I finally got home around 9:45 and went on a short run, I ran 3.21 miles in 16:00 exactly. The rest of my evening consisted of some enjoyable texting and abs. I held a plank for over 8 minutes, it stopped hurting after about 5min 30sec but my body kept shaking uncontrollably.
