So I start my day out quite nicely with a fast run to school, which is about 2 miles, little did I know I had just mad a terrible mistake. later in conditioning class we maxed out on squats and bench press, how much did I lift? I ain't telling you fool! So natrually my quads and pecs were just dead after that. But wait there's more! For practice today my coach Chili decided that we should do mile repeats, fun. We run them at a park called shady lane on grass and dirt which is a little less than a mile away from Weber, so it makes for a nice unnecessary warm up. My times were 4:53, 4:51, 4:55, and 4:55. That whole workout was nothing but pain and suffering. I would frequently groan and make strange painful noises, I think they sounded a bit like "GAAAAH" and "BLERGHHH" but Shia Labeouf told me not to quit, so I endured.THAT FREAKIN SUCKED!!!  Over the weekend I ran at the American Fork grass relays. I guess I did okay, if you can call second to Garek Weird last name and a 9:48 3rd fastest all time good. But it was really fun, my team placed 7th overall and I found out that I have very supportive fans outside of my team. Shout Out to Nathan and Mason for cheering me on, I really appreciated it. My whole team was very supportive, cheering and telling me to "JUST DO IT" My teammate McKenna Lee won the whole thing and set a new course record, I guess she's kinda fast.
